PAYMENT POLICY

We currently accept the following plans:

While licensed in TX, AZ, NM, MT, DE, and ND, we currently only accept insurance in TX, AZ, and NM. Self-pay options are available for all licensed states.
 

For patients opting for the Affordable Care Self-Pay (Cash) plan, the medication management subscription is $195 every three months. This includes a full 1-on-1 initial evaluation, and patients may be seen for up to two follow-up visits within the first three months after that initial evaluation at no extra cost.  Please note that we do not offer therapy sessions at this time, and therefore, no pricing is

available for that service.

We also accept cash payments.

Questions About Your Bill

You’ll receive a bill from us and a monthly statement after your insurance has processed your claim.

Typically, it takes 45 to 60 days for insurance companies to process claims.

We’re happy to share any Explanation of Benefits (EOB) we’ve received. However, for detailed clarification on how your insurance calculated the payment, please contact your insurer directly.

Yes, we accept out-of-pocket payments via cash or card. Please note that you may still be responsible for deductibles or co-pays depending on your insurance plan. Cash Payments can be made via paypal to rowan_fuche@yahoo.com or Zelle to 817 437 9885

Your first session includes a thorough evaluation where our provider will review your medical history, discuss your concerns, and outline your goals. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your needs.
At this time, we offer services exclusively via telehealth. All appointments are conducted virtually for your convenience and accessibility.

How to Book an Appointment via the Patient Portal

Step 1:

Log in to your patient portal and navigate to:
Appointments Tab > Request an Appointment> Upcoming Appointment

Step 2:

Use the filters to select:
Appointment type > Preferred date and time

Step 3:

Browse available appointment times and select the one that works best for you.

Step 4:

Review your appointment details. Add a reason for your visit if needed, then click Request to confirm.
